PERSONAL TRAINING W/RJ
The techniques that RJ uses during personal training are both fun and varied. 1-on-1 training begins with a comprehensive fitness assessment. From there, your training program is completely tailored to your body, fitness level and lifestyle to help you get the results you want.
The underlying theme when doing a personal training program with RJ is that she works with her clients so they can reach their unique goals through INDIVIDUALIZED attention and strategies rather than a one-size-fits all model.
RJ provides a wide range of training techniques:
Functional Training (strength, stability, & mobility)
General fitness and strength training
Weight loss, fat burning, & HIIT training
Fitness for mature adults which includes a mix of pilates, stretching, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
